Hello Hello my dear friends! I'm thrilled to share with you my latest style inspiration. I've been meaning to share this for a long time but just haven't gotten a chance to do so. Nevertheless, it's here and will stay til the end of fall! I hope you'll take the time to check it out. I call this style inspiration The Flare because everything about this outfit is spread out in a loose flowy fashion, from top to bottom. Let's talk about the bottom first.. Well, who would've thought that culottes would make a major comeback? I mean, I've had these pants for almost a decade. I've always loved them. They're cute, comfy, sexy and fun to wear.I stashed them away for years and now they're back on trend! I got excited when it's making a buzz a few months back but I had to find a perfect top to go with it to create a cute and polished look while setting a style that is unique from the rest. So, with the help of my good friend, Liezel who owns her own blog Bestida, I finally found a perfect top to match the bottom during my recent trip to Singapore. I love everything about this patterned flare top. The material is just in good quality. If you want to grab it, please do check out Bestida on Facebook and create your own look with this chic and modern top. As for the culottes, there are many ways out there on how to wear it, and this is how I do mine. Please tap on the small images below for more of this look. And do check out Bestida and Ynsemble FB page soon! Thank you all for dropping by and have a pleasant weekend!
I wore my patterned flare tube top this time with palazzo pants ( or wide leg pants ) this time. Perfect for a dinner date or party. I'm not a big fan of jumpsuits coz I find them quite uncomfortable to wear and too much of a hassle especially when you have to answer the call of nature. Ladies, you know what I mean.. But the brighter side of it is that it's everything there is to it in an outfit. It's like an all in one style for women like me who at times are too lazy to look for a two piece wardrobe. And before I know it, I find myself joining the bandwagon. A perfect example is when I recently scored this sleek lightweight jumpsuit from my good friend, Liezel's Facebook page, Bestida. It's sort of a blog/retail store where you can find a wide variety of trendy outfits. What's cool about this ensemble is that it's actually convertible. It has a detachable zipper on the waistline that can separate the top from the bottom, turning it into a two piece suit. How cool is that? I love the color and the sheer details on the chest and sleeves too which give elegance to the overall look. Please tap on the small images below for a closer look at this style idea. Have a great day ahead everyone! :) During my recent trip to my hometown Cebu, Philippines, I got a chance to do a quick sightseeing in the grandiose temple of love, the Temple of Leah located atop the mountains of Busay, Cebu. It was a perfect location for a romantic setting with this divine maxi dress from Bar III. Construction of the temple is still in progress with majority of its structure is already complete. Yet, despite the fact that construction is still ongoing, one can already appreciate the beauty of this temple. Even upon entering its gigantic gate, I was immediately awestruck. This newest, most talked about attraction certainly added to the long list of top must-see places in this beautiful province with its impressive and intricate architectural details from the inside out. This temple was built as a tribute of a man's undying love to his wife who passed away. Such a story of love expressed in an elegant, monumental & artful way. Having been to this majestic place and being able to witness the magnificent beauty of every piece of the structure put together so artistically and intimately right before my eyes somehow gave me a taste of everyone's dream destination ( Europe to be exact) right in the heart of my beloved hometown Cebu, even just a tad bit.. And at the same time allowed me to enjoy the breathtaking view of the Queen City of the South. I'm missing home already! :( Well, I hope this post inspires you to visit my country someday soon! I guarantee you that you'll have the best time of your life! Thanks for dropping by everyone! Take care and enjoy your long Labor Day weekend! a breathtaking view of the city of Cebu Everyone wanted to get a photo op in every corner, thus it was quite impossible to get a clean shot. Nevertheless, I thank my dad for taking this awesome shot using my phone hehehe :) with my ever lovely mom. She surely had as much fun as I did! :)
