A gingham pattern (a.k.a as checkered, also closely related to plaid) is a popular spring and summer trend this year. But more often than not, when we think of gingham, we think of table cloths and blankets for our picnic at the park. But did you know that we can be creative with this classic yet trendy print by making it a fashion statement? In my case, I'm using this pattern as an inspiration to my latest creation, the gingham pencil skirt. I paired it with a halter top and blazer for a day-to-night or work-to-party ensemble. Please check out my new post for more of this pattern and be inspired to create your own style. Thank you and have a blessed day ahead! :) A sheer button down gingham top and full skirt makes a cool sassy summer look, just a step above casual.
Crops are back and I'm inviting you, my lovelies to dare to try this look. Wearing crops does not mean you have to bare it all to get in to the trend. There are quite a few tricks to wear this ensemble so as to draw attention away from the crop itself and only a modest glimpse of flesh is visible. Here are a few (out of a hundred) ways that might hopefully charm you in to trying this style idea. Thank you and have a lovely day ahead. a lace crop worn in two ways: one as a simple top and one as a layer over long sleeves for an effortlessly sophisticated look.
My deepest gratitude to my super adorable models/customers and to their lovely and ever supportive moms/models and my dear friends for their tireless support for Lazos! Wish all of my little fashionistas from the other side of the globe were here to join us but I look forward to their photos soon. I hope to have a photo session with them in the near future as well! Have a blessed holiday weekend y'all!
